Very few relationships exist without conflict. Whether it’s the occasional row, frequent bickering, repeated arguing or you’ve lost some of the fun and closeness you once shared, it’s natural to start to question what’s going on.


For many of us, our first instinct is to try and work through the problems alone, but it can be incredibly helpful to seek outside support, from a trained professional who will listen to your both equally,  and non-judgementally. 


Issues such as lack of trust, sexual difficulties or anything that creates conflict in the relationship are better sorted sooner rather than later. Relationship repair can be achieved, if both parties really want that. 


Some individuals and couples encounter problems with sex at some point in their life. Some deal with these problems themselves. For others, sexual problems can cause a lot emotional distress. I can help couples and individuals with many sexual problems. 


What happens in a sex therapy session? Well... it’s not easy to sit and talk about intimacy issues with a stranger, but I make sessions as comfortable and as easy for you as possible. Embarrassment is soon overcome. I will listen to you describe your problems and assess whether the cause is likely to be psychological, physical or a combination of the two.

Talking about, and exploring your experiences will help you get a better understanding of what is happening and the reasons. It’s likely I’ll also give you exercises and tasks to do with your partner privately, and in your own time at home.

Your therapy with me is completely confidential. You can see me by yourself, but if your problem affects your partner as well, its much better for you both to attend.


Sessions last 75 minutes and can be weekly or fortnightly.
